We are always on the search for new things to do in Bali with kids and were pleased to see the addition of the Aqua Park to the Bali Wake Park in Benoa. Looks like fantastic fun for school aged kids and includes a wake park, aqua park, shop, pool, cafe and restaurant. Check out their website for more details.

I was super excited when one of our Facebook group members Shanna said that her sister was going on the 17th of January and she would love to write a review. Here is what her family thought of Bali Wake Park and Aqua Land in Benoa.

“After visiting Bali many times we were looking for a new experience. I saw the opening of the Aqua Park on Facebook and thought it might be a fun place to visit. Our group ranged from 10 years to 48 years.

We arrived on opening at 10 am and were happily welcomed by the staff. Given a safety chat by Rocco, it was obvious safety is of high importance (we were given brand new life jackets). The many lifeguards were positioned around the inflatables and were quick to offer assistance and show how to get through an obstacle.

So was it easy? No, it is was a lot of physical work but super fun at the same time. Being a 44 year woman, I took my time behind the children who quickly moved through each section. Such a great sense of achievement climbing the large pyramid.

Much more fun coming down!

After a hour and a heavy workout we had definitely got our 200,000 rupiah ($20 Aud) worth, so we moved to the infinity pool with a swim up bar for a drink.
We were then invited for a trial on the wakeboard course. Each of us given two turns to kneeboard on their practice course. We enjoyed this so much we paid the $35 AUD for an hour of kneeboarding.

After spending some time in the cafe which offered delicious protein balls and banana bread (plus a menu at a very reasonable price), we checked out the pro shop with many surf brand items for sale.

Lots of fun!

Can’t thank the staff enough for spending time with my ten year teaching him how to knee board. Highly recommend the park for people wanting something different to do at responsible prices. From 6 to 50 years old (older if in good physical shape as climbing the obstacles and getting out of water requires strength) this is the place to you. Thanks for a great day.”

Review of the day by Kylie Jones and family.

Thank you so much to Kylie for reviewing the Bali Wake Park and Aqua Land for us and hubby is very keen for next trip! I would love to add to this review with more families experiences from the park and might also consider future guest reviews from families on other activities in Bali. If you would like to get in touch with us you can email, find us on Facebook or Instagram. Also if you would love to be a part of our very fun closed Facebook group here is the link, sorry no business owners!

P.S. If you are wondering where the Bali Wake Park and Aqua Land is, check out the map below and it shows you how central the Wake Park Bali is. I would probably be relaxing by the pool and the kids and Jed would go nuts! Just what you want for a fun day out with the family in Bali.
