A pond with fish greets you as you walk through the front doors of Villa Joss. A large kitchen, dining and lounge room with AC is a great spot to chill out with the family and a separate media room with AC gives both the adults and kids space to relax. A good size pool with a very cool spa with a table and chairs to keep cool and hydrated at the same time! The downstairs bedrooms are generous with plenty of space for portacots and the upstairs bedrooms have a great balcony to relax and enjoy a morning coffee. An outdoor dining area with bale and grassed area for the kids to run around when you are finished at the beach that is close by.

Located on Batu Belig, Villa Joss was in a great location and close to one of my favourite cafes Watercress. It was quite tricky to get in and out of the villa as it’s on a very busy intersection of Batu Belig and I think would be hard to push a stroller to and from as it was so busy. I’m not sure if Villa Joss would suite active toddlers due to the pond in the entrance way and the steep stairs that lead to the upstairs bedrooms. With a stair gate and pool fences it could be ok but I think more suited to school aged kids and young babies. A great option for a couple of families to be in the up and coming area of Batu Belig.
