SANUR BALI GUIDE

We love Sanur, Bali with our kids. Easy to get around, a beautiful beach to watch the sunrise and a great range of things to do with the kids.

Sanur is located on the east coast of Bali only a 20-30 minute drive from Denpasar Airport. As a family, I recommend staying beach side of Jl. Bypass Ngurah Rai as it can be very difficult to cross on foot.

Sanur is often spoken about in terms of north and south Sanur. In north Sanur you will find Sindhu beach, Artasedana (formerly known as Hardy’s) and Hyatt Regency Resort. In southern Sanur you will find a range of restaurants, Prama Resort and Mertasari Beach. It is easy to travel between the 2 areas, the beach path is a great way to explore both north and south Sanur.

SANUR ACCOMMODATION

Accommodation in Sanur is well set up for all different budgets and ways of travelling. Finding family friendly villas in Sanur is easy and there is a handful of resorts that cater for kids too.

SANUR VILLAS

Many of the villas in Sanur are kid friendly as most are spaced over 1 level so there are no stairs to contend with. Most of the villas are in the residential areas that have beautiful gangs to wander but only a small amount are directly on the beach.

SANUR HOTELS

Sanur has many hotels along the beach front and a few have facilities for kids like kids clubs and water play areas.
